He had retained THINK-TANK at that time to help with designing a visual brand and multiple marketing strategies for that business.<br />

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>One of our associates is a masterful designer and world-class illustrator, so I tapped him to assist with this project. Marco and his team were so thrilled with that logo-design project that they asked us to provide a followup ad/poster design for their BUILD AN AR Project.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Their happiness with that led to us providing a BUILD-N-AR Certificate that they could run through their printer showing the details about when the student completed their AR Building Project.</strong></p>

As Rod &amp; Cheri Lee have become more involved in expanding the business, they are now including commercial building projects as well as residential both in Wichita and outside of it. Even in a difficult building climate, they have continued to attract new business around the state because of their reputation, attention to detail and innovative design and planning expertise.<br />

<p><strong>Rod &amp; Cheri wanted to update the Leewood Homes look with something that was more classy and they showed their broader building involvement.</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>For years, Martha Bethel has been known both as an active advocate of the arts in Wichita AND as a real estate broker at J.P. Weigand and Sons in Wichita, KS. Not surprisingly, when she decided to &#8220;brand&#8221; herself, she asked me to assist her. As a fellow artist (large-scale fabric/metal sculpture in most cases), she knew that I would be able to capture her &#8220;personality&#8221; in a new visual identity. This included a new Logo, Business Card, Slogan and Web Site. Take a look at the unique results.</strong></p>

Weigand &amp; Sons in Wichita, KS) had an identity designed by a large California company. While her logo design was excellent, it didn&#8217;t have the class that Karen does. So, she asked me to redesign everything.</strong></p>
<p><span id="more-1193"></span><strong>I started with her existing logo. However, rather than having it be Christmas green and yellow, I re-packaged it with deep green and gold. See her new logo below.</strong></p>

<p><strong>This was supplemented with a new fold-over Business Card in rich green felt-like paper with gold-foil (blind-embossed) stamped logo. That was carried over to her Notecards and Presentation Folders. VERY classy!</strong></p>
