ByTheo Hanson, a broker with J.P. Weigand & Sons in Wichita, KS, has been a VERY successful agent/manager for years. Her current clientele is often an affluent buyer or seller.
She recently decided to take her personal brand to a new level that would “connect” with her primary clients after being disappointed with the experience she had with a large California firm some years ago.
